Men’s Work…
Soulful Masculinity
Soulful Masculinity is a movement to rewrite the story of masculinity. We bring together the old wisdom of traditional masculinity along with a new awareness of some of the outdated, exaggerated and unbalanced ideas of manhood that have hurt men and women and society as a whole.
We aim to articulate a vision and have an experience of masculinity that includes all of who we are as men. We are present, trustworthy, sensitive, vulnerable, playful, courageous, tender and much more.
Soulful Masculinity draws from ancient wisdom and modern psychology and a love of the truth. It combines insights from our lived experience as men with the wisdom and support of the feminine, both within us and in the women around us.
Soulful Masculinity is not an intellectual exercise or a disembodied analysis, it is an invitation into a new embodied experience of what it is to be a man
Monthly Men’s Newsletter
A weekly dispatch for men navigating the gap between the life they have and the life that wants to be lived.
Thoreau wrote that most men live lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song unsung within them. If you are outwardly functioning but inwardly feeling flat, restless, or stuck—you are far from alone.
In my seven years of leading men’s groups, I see this show up as:
Overthinking instead of acting: Using intellectual armor to stay safe but stagnant.
A "familiar stuckness": It is frustrating and uncomfortable, yet you stay there because it is known.
Emotional distance: Pulling away in relationships or work when things get real.
A rudderless feeling: Craving a clear direction without more "noise" or hype.
This newsletter is a simple monthly check-in with a short reflection, a psychological lens, a resource, or a question to take into your week.
Get the “Compass” when you join
I will send you the 5 most useful resources I’ve found in seven years of facilitating men’s work. These aren't "quick fixes" or motivation hacks, but practical tools for your inner landscape.
Inside the Compass, you’ll find:
A Map for Stuckness: How we get looped into old patterns and the small shifts that actually work.
The "Refusal" Lens: Spotting the subtle ways we avoid the changes we know we need to make.
A 6-Minute Embodiment Practice: To help you drop from the mind into the wisdom of the body.
A "Fire" Check: Connecting with the inner energy required to move out of stagnation and into possibility.
A Strength Reframe: Learning to find a deeper strength that comes from vulnerability, not just performative toughness.
What this is (and isn't)
This is for you if you want more inner clarity, better self-honesty, and steadier relationships.
It is not for you if you want "alpha" content, constant productivity hacks, or forced positivity.
